Mi Prestige - What we are about and what we aim to deliver.

My name is Mem Ismail and I have worked within the Motor Industry for over 30 years with a wealth of experience, knowledge, and an enthusiasm for all kinds of motor cars since the age of 6 when I first discovered a Red Porsche 911 in North London, and I was immediately hooked.

I started my journey in the early 1990's with a small independent dealer based in East London retailing predominately E30 BMW's however, I soon found myself progressing and outgrowing the role, so I made the decision to pursue a Main Agent Franchise career.

I joined the Dagenham Motors Ford Sales Team in the early 1990's and spent a number of happy years learning the role with all the many different aspects for both New & Used car sales.

In the year 2000 I was approached by a colleague from the Lookers Group and was presented with the opportunity to join Lookers Land Rover Chelmsford as their Business Manager becoming responsible for all F&I activities within the dealership. I spent over 7 years with Lookers in several management positions from Business Manager to Sales Manager at various sites and manufacturers.

Since 2007 I have been privileged to represent the independently owned Imperials Carriages based in Essex as their Business Manager providing specialist finance facilities for high value prestige and 4x4 vehicles for almost 15 years.

Which takes us to present day with the launch of Mi Prestige that will represent all my years' experience and knowledge to deliver a personal sales experience that will incorporate the very best practices to ensure all customers unique and pleasurable personal sales experience the likes of which many dealers fail to deliver.

Over the years I have built a strong team of Funding specialists to cater for all finance requirements along with a strong network of vehicle suppliers that will enable me to provide any vehicle with the relevant finance product for all customers.

Mi Prestige goals and targets are simply - to provide a Guaranteed Assured Service with the highest levels of support, communication, products, and aftersales care to develop relationships with people that will last beyond a single deal/transaction.
